Well today was the day I first met Dawn my Cambridge Weight Plan Consultant. Didn't feel nervous at all and she was lovely and relaxing straight away, explained the plan to me and then weighed and measured me, ouch. I am 18st 1 1/4 lbs but will be much less than this soon :) We then went shopping for my meals for the week :) and I got a box full of sachets which took a lot less effort to get back to the house than a normal weeks shop. All set to get going in the morning. Going to have pizza for tea and go to mums for a nice cup of tea before I have to have a decent break from them.
